Their second album, this is a 2023 reissue, a two record set on white vinyl. Another first time listen and another good record. Maybe a little more mellow than Young Team most tracks feature prominent drums and bass. “Punk Rock” has a conversation by Iggy Pop in the background while “Helps Both Ways” has a sportscaster announcing a football game in the background. “Cody” has vocals by guitarist Stuart Braithwaite sounding almost like a regular pop song. “Ex-Cowboy” and “Chocky” both on side three have parts so quiet you can hardly hear them. “Christmas Steps” has the usual quiet and loud sections with some violin added. Another record I enjoyed listening to and a decent pressing. A good band and they had a new record out last year which I might pick up.
