Well, this isn’t what I thought it would be. Not Rap or Hip-Hop but more like Electronic, House, or Drum and Bass. This is a free one I got from Right Round Records. If you bought a record on Record Store Day you could pick a free one from a pile that were in paper bags so you couldn’t see what it was. I’m not even sure what this record is. Discogs does not even have a vinyl version listed for this release but this is on !K7 records from Germany. 14 tracks are listed on the CD this 2 record set has 8. It appears to be a compilation album mixed by DJ-Kicks. Hercules And Love Affair is an Electronic Dance music project formed in 2004. They do have one song on here but others are by other groups recorded before Hercules And Love Affair were formed. So I don’t know what’s going on. The music is not bad, some tracks have a Funk or Soul sound like The Brand New Heavies I listened to yesterday. I liked “Feels So Right” by Solution “Magojiro” by In Flagranti and “Do You Want Me” by Cloud 9. I want to play this again one or two songs may go on my playlist.
