Looking through the records my friend gave me I recognized this one. One of my younger sisters records. Every time I visited my parents house in the 90’s it was on top of a table in the hall with some other records my sister left when she got married. I thought about taking it but didn’t know if she would ever want them. This is a two record set from 1980. Ray Davies, Dave Davies and Mick Avory had been in the band since 1964. New bass player Jim Rodford had been in Argent previously. Recorded on their tour supporting the Low Budget album there are six songs from that record. A good collection of older and newer songs. Not really what you would call a guitar based band but Dave Davies plays some mean guitar throughout. The record sounds good, it even has the large poster that came with it. This one is a keeper
