This two record set is from the Black Friday Record Store Day 2025. It’s a numbered limited edition on light blue vinyl. I have not listened to this yet. A 4 CD box set was released in 2009. A deluxe edition had a fifth disc and those are the songs on the set. These performances range from 1978 to 2006. There are some hits, Deep cuts and covers included. Some standouts are “I Need To Know”, “Don’t Come Around Here No More”, “Too Much Ain’t Enough”, recorded on new Years Eve 1978 in Santa Monica, “Like A Diamond”, a mellow song from 2002 and “I’d Like To Love You Baby”, a song by J.J. Cale that sounds a lot like “Crazy Momma” with Mike Campbell playing some excellent slide guitar. “No Second Thoughts”, a song from his second album, was recorded at The Spectrum in 1981. I remember that show. My friend was there and I was thinking about going but I had just moved to Havre de Grace months earlier and didn’t want to drive that far. The recordings and pressing are great. My only complaint is that it’s only about 60 minutes long. Surly they could have put a few more songs on there.
