Matt Mays is a Canadian from Nova Scotia. This is his second release. This is from 2006. A decent Rock CD with a bit of a Blues flavor. I remember playing this in the car on my way back from returning my son to Penn States main campus in ’07 or ’08. “Cocaine Cowgirl” won Canada’s East Coast Music Award for best single in 2006. I thought the acoustic “Lost Souls” with Mays playing harmonica was one of the better songs as was “The Plan” which was on the Bloodshot Records compilation CD I listened to last month.
