This was recorded in 1971 in Hamburg, Germany and was the first release from them. This is a 2004 import from France on the Spalax label. Just two instrumental tracks on here. &#8220;Amboss (20 minutes) is a long fast paced jam with guitar bass and drums with some electronics in a couple spots by guitarist Manuel Gottsching and drummer Klaus Schulze. Hartmut Enke plays the bass. &#8220;Traummaschine&#8221; (25 minutes) is a slower, more Ambient piece with more electronics with guitar emerging near the end. More interesting than &#8220;Amboss&#8221; this has some really spacey moments. Schulze, who had played on Tangerine Dream&#8217;s first release left after this recording for solo work but returned to play on their fourth release Join in from 1973 that I used to have on a double cassette with Starring Rossi the last release. Gottsching also went solo recording under the name Ashra.
