The music sounds very much like the traditional music of the British Isles.  8 of the 15 tracks are instrumental featuring fiddle, accordion, keyed fiddle and some kind of percussion. &#8220;Riverside Aby&#8221; by Karen Tweed and Timo Alakotila adds piano to the mix.  All vocals are by women (and not in English) except &#8220;Bamboo Honey&#8221; by Wimme who chants in a traditional Finnish style sounding like American Indians with electronic Ambient music in the background. My favorite was &#8220;Viridissima Virga&#8221;( Greenest Branch) by Garmarna a traditional song with electronic dance type music and the lovely vocals of Emma Hardelin. Also liked &#8220;Malort&#8221; by Hoven Droven with a more Rock sound. Really nice music.
