I didn&#8217;t like this as much as yesterday&#8217;s compilation CD. Not to say that Brendan Perry and Lisa Gerrard don&#8217;t sound great but too much of the music has that Middle Eastern sound I don&#8217;t like. Gerrard sings an unaccompanied solo on the traditional &#8220;The Wind That Shakes The Barley&#8221;. &#8220;I Am Stretched On Your Grave&#8221;, another traditional song, showcases their Darkwave sound. Robert Perry plays the flute on &#8220;Piece For Solo Flute&#8221;. &#8220;American Dreaming&#8221; a modern song by Brendan Perry was another one I liked.
