This is another 2018 half speed mastered reissue and another one I originally had on cassette. Robert Smith stepped in to play guitar on this record after they fired their original guitarist. Two of my favorite Banshees songs are on this record &#8220;Dazzle&#8221; and &#8220;Take Me Back&#8221;. &#8220;Belladonna&#8221;,&#8221;Swimming Horses&#8221; and &#8220;Blow The House Down&#8221; are also very good. Robert Smith&#8217;s guitar and writing contributions make this a more Psychedelic and accesable album. He played on their &#8217;83 tour and live album Nocturn before recording this one and went back to The Cure after this.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 1984 release this is one of their best records.
