When the band went on hiatus in &#8217;97 she formed a new band caled The Warm Inventions with Colm O&#8217;Ciosoig of My Bloody Valentine which also disbanded in &#8216;1997. Also in the band are some members of Irish band Dirt Blue Gene. This is their third album to date. I have their first from 2001 on CD. Another half priced record from Barnes &amp; Noble from 2016. First time listening to all four sides. With Hope&#8217;s haunting voice it&#8217;s hard not to compare this to Mazzy Star and tracks like &#8220;Treasure&#8221;,&#8221;The Peasant&#8221; and &#8220;Liquid Lady&#8221;  have that laid back Psychedelic sound. The first song &#8220;Into The Trees&#8221; is a 9 minute spacey, drone type song with Hope playing organ and whispering vocals. &#8220;Let Me Get There&#8221; is another long song with Kurt Vile trading vocals with Hope. &#8220;The Hiking Song&#8221; is an acoustic one that made me think of &#8220;Grantchester Meadows&#8221; ,Roger Waters song from Ummagumma.
