Woman album. The songs were written while he was in Paris and they hoped he would return to help finish the songs. This is a good record,the only thing missing is Morrison&#8217;s voice and his writing but they did manage to come up with some Morrison like lyrics. Side one is the side I listened to most with two rockers &#8220;In The Eye Of The Sun&#8221;and &#8220;Tightrope Ride&#8221; released as a single that got some airplay on top 40 radio. &#8220;Ships W\/Sails&#8221; is modeled after &#8220;Riders On The Storm&#8221; with Ray Manzarek doing his best Jim Morrison impression and is the best song on the record. A Cuban drummer adds some bongos to the instrumental middle section of the song. The first two songs on side two are not very good but the Countryish &#8220;Wandering Musician&#8221; has some nice piano by Manzarek and &#8220;Hang On To Your Life&#8221; brings back the bongos giving it an almost Latin flavor before going into hyperspeed at the end.
