The fourth release from this London band led by Robert Wratten. He had earlier been in the band The Field Mice with girlfriend Anne Marie Davies who sings back-up vocals on this CD. Another one I have nevder listened to before. Much of the music has an 80’s sound with synthesizers and digital percussion reminding me of China Crisis. Other songs make me think of Death Cab For Cutie. “With Every Story” is a moody song and the one I liked best. It will go on my playlist. “The Ghost Of An Unkissed Kiss” has a catchy chorus that I liked. The rest of the songs aren’t too bad. They put out seven albums , the last in 2010. Wratten and Davies were also in the band Northern Picture Library.
