Another CD I bought at Borders knowing nothing about it. Upon looking inside I discovered that Sing-Sing was two English ladies, Emma Anderson from Lush and Lisa O’Neill who had been in a band called Locust. This is their debut from 2002. It’s electronic Dream Pop and/Synth Pop sometimes sounding a bit like Lush. Some good electronic beats especially on my two favorites “Tegan” and the atmospheric “I Can See You”. “Panda Eyes” sounds like it’s right out of the 80’s. This is an enhanced CD with a video of the single “Feels Like Summer”. A hidden track “Keep it That Way” features strings and male vocals by Tim Keegan. Put one more release out in 2005, broke up in 2007.
