The first album from this English band from 1992. I always called this type of music Ambient because of the atmospheric guitars but later learned it was called Shoegaze. Ambient I learned is a completely different type of music. Guitarist and vocalist Rob Dickinson is the cousin of Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden. Another really good record, “I Want To Touch You” and “Black Metallic” got a lot of airplay on FM radio.”Texture”,”Ferment”,and “Tumbledown” are also songs I really like. I had five of their records on cassette which were sold and “Wishville”,their last record before breaking up, on CD which I still have. I bought this vinyl version in 2018.
