For this Jam Band Friday it’s another double shot of Live Phish. 02 is a sound check jam of “Waves” lasting about 29 minutes. Recorded at Bethel Woods, the site of the Woodstock concert. It was there that I saw Phil Lesh play. 03 was recorded at Watkins Glen, another place I have been but not for a concert. This has two older songs “Tweezer” about 18 minutes and 17 minutes of “Prince Caspian. Not great songwriters, their lyrics are kind of dumb, but there are some amazing jams on these records.
