This is the first record I bought from this band and is their third from 2019. Always looking for new bands to hear I bought this one three years ago. With justv two songs on this album this is more of what In expected them to sound like. The title track is 32 minutes long and is on side one and half of side two. The song is basically in three parts starting with some spacey sax, played by guitarist Tom Malach’s father Bob, organ and later guitar and percussion. This lasts about 13 minutes before the vocals with some piano and organ backing which ends with a guitar solo. The part on side two is similar to the first part but with a more Krautrock sound with some funky bass and more sax, guitar and organ. The 8 minute “Heart And Soul” is more of a ballad with piano and some vocals with a nice mellow middle section with flute, piano and organ. A pretty good record of Psychedelic and Krautrock music, much better than yesterdays record.
