A post Rock CD from these Chicago musicians. From 1996 this is their second release. Most of the five members are also involved in other groups. The first track is “Djed” a 20 minute piece that starts with some electronic scratching sounds before heavy bass then drums and keyboards going through several different styles before suddenly stopping, starting stopping then starting again with some distorted sounds then back to more electronic sounds before more mellow music at the end. “Glass Museum” was another interesting track with some electric guitar. Not a bad CD. I have another of their releases called Standards as well as a four disc box set of rare tracks that also has a DVD. I should probably listen to them sometime but time is running out and I have other CDs to listen to before the end of the month when this will end.
