The second release from this Detroit band. First time listening to this although I had heard the single “Wax Ecstatic ( To Sell Angelina)” on the radio. That and the more mellow “Velveteen” were the best I heard. There are two songs about drag queens “The Drag Queens Of Memphis” and “Death Of A Drag Queen”, apparently from a concept album that was later abandoned. Nothing on here as good as “Plowed” and “Molly” two great songs from their first release that I had on cassette. Vinnie Dombroski has been the only constant member through ten releases, last putting one out in 2024.
