A band out of Chicago led by Sam Prekop. I listened tohis solo CD earlier. Also in the band is John McEntire of Tortoise who plays drums and percussion. Their fifth release from 2000. Indie music with a bit of a Jazz and Pop sound to it. “You Beautiful Bastard ” is a nice mellow instrumental. Always love the marimba used in “The Leaf”. I also like the soulful “Seemingly”. A pleasant enough CD to listen to, they last put a CD out in 2018.
