Like Orb this Techno/Ambient band formed in London in the late 80’s. Composed of brothers Phil and Paul Hartnell this is their 7th release from 2004. Most of this CD is Electronic music sounding like the Krautrock bands of the early 70’s. The two exceptions are “Acid Pants” featuring vocals by Sparks( really just one line repeated throughout the track), the only danceable track, and “One Perfect Sunrise” co-written by Lisa Gerrard a featuring her voice. More laid back and spacey, it’s my favorite. I had their first two releases on cassette but they were sold.
